Hi, I also just recieved a "traction battery cut" message. Car seems perfectly fine, good power, ac fine, etc. This "electric vehicle" tab is the first time i've seen it and I barely got the health report this morning. maybe this is just a glitch in the app? is your car working fine?

It seems like everything is working fine with the exception of the touchscreen issues that started recently. These issues may not be related. It could be a glitch but with all the issues customers have been having I'm not taking any chances. I think I can also benefit from all the recent software updates that have become available recently.

Same here! Tried to schedule with the dealer and they’re not open on the weekends. Has anyone had any issues since getting the alert?
My car is in to have the key controller replaced so I will ask the dealer next week when I pick it up. I think it’s just an app issue and not a car issue.
 
On my car - UK

Starting in Neutral - the levers do nothing and cannot be used to select 1st gear or Reverse

Pressing D selects 1st gear - the paddles still do nothing until moving when the paddles can be used to shift up & down gears

When stationary - Pressing R selects Reverse gear - the Paddles can now be used to change between 1st - Right paddle & Reverse - Left paddle

Hope this makes sense
Great feature. Only found out when watching Harry’s Garage on YouTube! When in reverse the right goes into first and if still at slow speed and I guess in first, using the left paddle goes into reverse. Makes manoeuvres much easier!

These features are disabled with a software update here in US - citing safety issues. Maserati dealerships will perform update (I’m not sure the number assigned to the service bulletin) and I got my car back and now unfortunately I don’t have that feature any longer.

I went in for updates on Nov 9th and still have the functionality thank god. And I really need it because the gear selector button for Drive is not very responsive. I have to push the button anywhere from 1-7 times. It's especially worse when I'm in Reverse and need to switch to Drive. Without using the paddle shifter, I have to push the D button a few times and make sure it's actually in Drive before stepping on the pedal. Do you have the same issue?

My loaners drive buttons popped right out of the housing between the screens this week. My car has had the proximity controller replaced but the dealer and Maserati haven’t been able to get the keys coded to it. I’m hoping that next week is the week I get a check and give them the car.
I got my new car yesterday so I sent the loaner back. My X6 M60i is stuck in QC and they gave me a decently sweet deal on the XM Label to buy one off the floor. I love the styling but most don’t as it’s pretty way out there. It’s a monster giving 738hp although it’s 6000lbs. Even with that weight, handling is exceptional for an SUV and ive heard it’s good for a realistic 0-60 of around 3.4S - 3.5s.

But even though you might encounter a few quirks and glitches in your new BMW, it will be infinitesimal in comparison to the grief you have endured with your 🍋 Modena 🍋

There are only 3 options. External color, sound upgrade, top speed increase. Everything else is included. The Label only comes in the black/red interior. I bought the dealers car so I didn’t get what I would build but I still like it. It’s grey with a touch of olive so it will be good for an end of lease sale back to a dealer. It doesn’t have any gold or red trim on the exterior.I actually bought a 2023 metallic blue Base model with silverstone white and antique brown leather. I left it at the dealer for them to tint the front windows but that night I discovered it has the older head unit so Idrive cannot be upgraded to 8.5 and it doesn’t have a few new features like full hands off driving. Dealer was great switching me into a 2024. The Label is not only a power increase,they refined the drive like the transition between electric and gas. The base suffers from a bit too much lag between them. The Label is a more refined drive.
it’s been great so far. Everything works a dream. The leather is a little more grainy than the Grecale but it’s much softer. The Tech is exceptional. I don’t even need a key anymore. It locks/unlocks with my iPhone or my Apple Watch.
The only negative I’ve found is that the suspension is a little too hard in comfort. It’s probably the equivalent of the Grecale sport mode and it should be softer for what is a luxury performance car.
It has a huge presence and its received more attention around town in 1 day than the Grecale in 8 months even if some are not complimentary on its looks.😁 It’s definitely a talking point.

It may be hated by the majority but so was the X6 when it was released as the first SUV coupe, and look how successful coupes have been.
