My main issue is after less than a week of ownership (Trofeo) I was unable to move off of GT mode which the dealership found out was likely a battery issue. Three weeks later and they still can't figure it out (they know there is a drain somewhere). The worst part is the way Maserati handles this where the dealership sends an email and then waits a few days for Italy to respond before doing the next test/task. This has happened multiple times and at this point I wonder if I'll ever get my car back!
 
My dealership calls corporate and gets answers within hours on what to do next so I'm baffled that your dealer only uses email. My car was supposed to be ready today but corporate wanted the dealer to perform another module software update before releasing the car to me. I'd talk to a service manager to ask why they can't make a call instead of emailing just to see what they say.

Thanks Modena, I've asked about calling and didn't get anywhere. But your post has helped me realize I can push harder :)
