I changed this out. I can't believe they didn't come blacked out like the rest of the car. Two issues though. The black emblem only comes with old fonts and the emblem is not curved like stock. The black emblem doesn't fully stick to the trunk.

I found some new fonts in black on eBay but they cost over $100.

I was wondering same thing. The Modena emblem on the side of car and the Trident are blacked out, but the Grecale and Maserati emblems are not. Did you find a replacement that worked and spent the extra money?

Found this on eBay but not sure if it's curved that would contour with the Grecale trunk. I wonder if they are OEM and painted black or straight up aftermarket.

NM I found a few sources. Gloss black would be the way to go to match the emblems on the side vs matte black. I’m going to de-badge and leave the “Grecale” off and just replace the silver “Maserati” with the gloss-black one.

So you applied the black old font and experienced that the emblem wouldn’t fully sit flush top to bottom or left to right? Or both ways didn’t sit flush?

I just bought it for $169 with free Fedex priority shipping, I just looked now two days later and the want $241! Black Gloss Maserati and Grecale replacement emblems

So the black one I bought is totally flat unlike the OEM one which is curved. I was thinking to heat up the black one a little bit so I can bend it. The "M" and "i" have the most trouble to stay onto the trunk.

Hi, just wanted to inform you that the replacement emblems I got from EBay are garbage. The adhesive is a joke and they are proportioned smaller than the real deal. My dealership just said order a OEM replacement direct from Maserati Parts at your dealership and then they can have it painted.

I was just thinking of this post over the weekend. What a bummer! Those eBay emblems aren't cheap either. I am shocked they aren't OEM?! I guess we don't have much choices at this point....

This might sound a bit silly. But can I add from the dealership air suspensions? Or even the 360 camera?
Shouldn't be an issue as it's just a software upgrade and to replace the front censors and replace the suspensions. Is it possible?
Or once bought it cannot be changed?

Everything is almost possible--it just depends how deep your pockets. I can see that it will be very costly as you have to disassemble the steel suspension, install the air suspensions, wiring and programming. Same goes for the 360 cameras. New front grille, side mirror covers, wiring and programming too.

Found them on eBay for $15. Quality is higher than expected.

I used to have the old style black fonts. I found eBay is selling the new style black fonts for $15 so I gave it a shot. Pre heat the emblem with hot air hairdryer is the best method to bend the emblem a little bit. Also good to heat up the 3M tape before bonding to the trunk.

To remove the old emblem. Use some fishing lines and slide in between the badge and paint. Once the emblem is off. This requires some elbow grease. I use a hot airdryer along with Goo gone to rub off the 3M tape residue. When everything is removed, I use clay bar around the area. Right before I apply the new emblem, I use rubbing alcohol to clean the surface one last time before doing so. Hope this helps.

I wonder how it sound. Anyways, I the stock exhaust with resonator deleted. Sounds a tad louder.
