Hello gang. Just got this car in Modena trim and it says it includes traffic sign recognition but I do not see the option in the vehicle settings and there are no speed limit signs on the dash or HUD. Am I missing something in order to activate it or do I need to take it to the dealer? Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.
The car does not come standard with these features it is an optional extra add on, part of a package, "Driver Assistance Package Level 2 Plus" So if you specified and paid for this package it should be displayed accordingly, if note I would contact the dealer.

As EDZ stated - Here in the UK, the standard Modena spec doesn’t include Road Speed information.

Driver Assistance Package Level 1 £2,500 option here in the UK - uses GPS location data to display Road Speeds

Driver Assistance Package Level 2 £4,900 option here in the UK - uses Traffic Sign Recognition to display Road Speeds + additional functionality

If you do have the optional extra DAP I guess there will be Configurable options on the touch screen interface - lots of stuff to switch on / off

Oh really? Mine doesn't have this package. It has the tech package which includes HUD and wireless phone charger. But the window sticker does show traffic sign recognition as a standard Modena trim feature along with adaptive cruise control, but I guess it doesn't specifically say traffic sign assist or speed limit assist on there. That's a bummer, my old car had that. Looking at the Maserati website for US cars, there is a driver assistance pack that shows speed limit assist but it includes a bunch of stuff that also comes standard with the Modena including ACC, so it's weird how they categorize their packages.
