This is how Maserati fixes defects!

I am awaiting one final BS response from Maserati Does Not Care Customer Service and Lemon Law litigation is my next course of action. Per Texas Lemon Law, 4 criteria’s, you only have to meet one criteria, for filling a Lemon Law Lawsuit, I have legal grounds to file based on anyone, nonetheless, sadly, all 4 relate to my vehicle.
Sad situation.
What is so frustrating is that enough people are having similar issues but why one vehicle has the issue while others don't is what we can't figure out as it appears very random. If we had a way to narrow down (car build date, part batch series, specific model, package or trim, etc) what exactly is failing we could get things fixed. The issues aren't universal or systemic but prominent enough to be a problem for many customers. This combination of circumstances makes it drastically harder to identify the problem and thus fix it. This is a very bad situation for Maserati to be in right now.

I think they have no choice going forward without issuing a recall by replacing the vehicles with the most severe issues at least with a replacement car. If I can see any pattern at all is that it doesn't seem like the newest builds coming out are having these major issues.

I'll be interested to see what Maserati does say one year from now.
