just purchased a Modena with 6k miles on it and have been in touch w Maserati via phone several times. Both Maserati and the dealer have deleted the 1st owner several times, yet the app still recorded current location and vehicle status as his. For example, oil change at 24%, yet mine is certified and oil change is brand new. Also car will not starot from the app, etc. why can’t they just give us auto start on the fob? Stupid pain inn the a_s to use the app Anyway.

this is a terrible app in my opinion. Im concerned about safety and security of my information is the 1st owner can still access.

another glitch in a premium luxury vehicle from Stellantis. This is unacceptable.

I had to have MAs cares handle my set up. Dealer didn’t know what they were doing. Hope you read that MAs cares…..
