Good day… New member in my first post. I took delivery of a Grecale Modena 6 days ago. Everything is as I had hoped with the exception of the electronic settings. They don’t hold. For example, I unchecked the option of setting the parking brake when the car is put into “Park.” Sometimes the car sets the brake and other times it does not. Another example, I set the compass in the center of the tachometer display. Sometimes it appears, and other times something else does (like the radio station or the time and date). There are other examples as well but you get the idea. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there some way/procedure to save my settings that I’m missing? Thank you all for your guidance.

Had our Modena for a week and slowly exploring the configurable options. Will do some testing and let you know how it goes.

I struggled to Save the Seat & Mirror settings listed as M1 M2 M3

To Save M1
Select M2
Move seat and mirrors as required
Press & Long Hold M1

This Saves the settings to M1 - the Long Hold press is the key bit that was baffling me

Thank you Tony Mac for your response. I went through the same non-intuitive process to save my seat and mirror positions.

I appreciate your willingness to explore my frustrating problem in your own Grecale. Have you been experiencing any settings that won’t hold (aside from the aforementioned seat/mirror, memory)?

"For example, I unchecked the option of setting the parking brake when the car is put into “Park.” ": Had this on my Levante. Dealer replaced much of the electronics with no effect. Sometime later I just found out, that the Levante does put the parking brake, when you try to drive away with the seat belts not fastened... :). Do check this.

yes I also in general observe such a pattern. As well, if the sensors detect an obstacle before you drive, automatic parking break needs be be released manually. But also still can‘t fully explain how it should work properly.

General question: how can I reset/calibrate the tyre pressure (TPMS)? Since the temperature drop I have a warning displayed. Even though it‘s normal that the pressure varies a bit. Does anyone know that? Guess should be simple, but didn‘t find it right away. Thx in advance

It cannot be reset. The tyre pressure as to be corrected at the gas station.

I also can confirm that the software is not stable and some settings change and/or screens change with no reason on my brand new 2023 Grecale. Garage reprogrammed car with factory on line twice already but there still seems to be a bug😂 When I took delivery of the car the odometer was blinking! Left car for reprogramming for a day with 100 kms mileage: that was fixed. Guess a software update is expected. Strange they released car with so many bugs on the infotainment system. At least the car drives beautifully😉

Thanks for your response and for validating my experience. You’re right… The car drives beautifully and looks great but this sure is frustrating. Every single time I start the car, the settings are different. I have an appointment with the service technician on Monday.

An update: I received a call from my dealer, telling me that there was a firmware update required. I brought the car in & was assured that this would deal with the problems I have been having of my settings not holding. I reckon the update did something… however, it did NOT do anything to correct the settings issue. My screen choices that I configure (like a compass in the main display) don’t hold. My HVAC will have different settings then when the car was shut off (like SYNC not holding or AC activating - it’s frikkin winter here - or air flow not where I set it). The frustration continues. Anyone else out there? Hey “Maserati Care…” help!
